VIK

VIK is a domestic automotive aftermarket proprietary brand launched by Taizhou ASSP Machinery in 2017, specializing in steering and suspension chassis replacement parts for passenger vehicles. Leveraging the parent company's 30 years of OE manufacturing expertise, aluminum alloy lightweight R&D capabilities, and automated digital factory infrastructure, VIK shares access to the High-Tech Enterprise R&D laboratory and "Zhejiang Made" quality standards. The brand focuses on high-durability, OEM-grade chassis repair components, serving the national auto parts distribution network and automotive repair workshops, with the goal of building a premium domestic chassis parts brand that meets the needs of both local and international markets.

Development History

2017

Launched the domestic aftermarket brand "VIK" and began promoting our own brand in the Chinese market. In the same year, the company was awarded the title of "Industrial Star Enterprise of 2017."

2018

Received the titles of "Top Ten Industrial Enterprise" and "Yulong Enterprise."

2019

Honored with the titles of "Advanced Enterprise in Technological Innovation" and "Yulong Enterprise." Additionally, recognized by the Yuhuan Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation as a "2019 Class A Taxpayer" and an "Advanced Unit in Yuhuan Business Operation Survey and Monitoring." Collaborated with Zhejiang University of Technology to develop spin-riveting automation equipment tailored to our product characteristics.

2020

Received the titles of "Leading Enterprise of 2020," "Advanced Enterprise in Technological Innovation," and "Outstanding Enterprise." In the same year, won the "Best Quality Award" from ADVANCE in the United States. Partnered with the Zhejiang Branch of China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. to carry out optimized design and fatigue durability improvement for control arms, triangle arms, and suspension ball joints.

2021

Recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise" and officially implemented the ERP management system. Also awarded the honorary title of "Yulong Enterprise."

2022

Introduced lean production and performance excellence management models, and implemented automated truss equipment to enable a one-person-multi-machine operation mode, ensuring cost-effective production that meets market demands. In November 2022, General Manager Liang was elected as a council member at the 5th Member Representative Conference of the Yuhuan Charity Federation. In February 2023, General Manager Liang was named "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Lupu Town for 2022." Also received the "Yulong Enterprise" honorary title in 2022.

2023

Awarded the "Yulong Enterprise" title and received the "2023 Yuhuan Government Quality Award Nomination." Successfully filed the first invention patent and applied for one "Zhejiang Made" standard – MacPherson Suspension Aluminum Control Arm Assembly for Passenger Vehicles.

2024

Received the "Yuhuan Government Quality Award," the "Yulong Enterprise" title, and passed the municipal-level "Green Factory" certification as well as the provincial voluntary cleaner production audit and acceptance. Initiated planning for the Thailand factory construction in the same year.

2025

The company successively implemented intelligent and information-based systems including PLM, Yonyou ERP U9C, MES, WMS, Fanwei OA, and E-HR, comprehensively enhancing information technology infrastructure and achieving the digital factory layout.
